Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Zornher account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, cleared of all personal data, and securely placed in its original packaging with all included cables and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
